Welcome to Go White. By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Independent Booking Agent
Go White LLC is an independent service provider offering ticketing, event access, and travel-related bookings. We are not affiliated with airlines, event organizers, hotels, or other service providers unless otherwise stated.
2. Product Markup & Availability
All services are sourced through third-party channels. Our pricing reflects market acquisition cost plus administrative and coordination fees. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until booking confirmation is issued.
3. Booking Confirmation Policy
Please refer to our Booking Confirmation Policy section below for full terms related to booking validation, modification, and supplier involvement.
4. Modifications & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations after booking confirmation are subject to the policies of the third-party supplier. We do not guarantee changes or refunds once a booking has been finalized.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
1. Before Booking Confirmation:
- If you cancel before receiving your official booking confirmation email, you may request a refund.
- A service fee (non-refundable) may be deducted based on transaction and administrative costs.
2. After Booking Confirmation:
- Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the terms and refund policies of the relevant third-party provider (e.g. airline, venue, hotel).
- We will assist in requesting changes or cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds or adjustments.
3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events:
- In cases of natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events, refunds or alternatives are at the discretion of the third-party providers.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Go White LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, or issue arising from services rendered by third-party providers. This includes flight delays, event cancellations, or accommodation issues.
6. User Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to verify booking details. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
7. Payments
All bookings must be paid in full to initiate the confirmation process. Payments are subject to verification before orders are processed.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws applicable in Dubai.
Booking Confirmation Policy
Booking Validity:
All reservations (tickets, accommodation, transport, events) become valid only after full payment is received. Booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of payment. Until you receive the confirmation email, your booking is not guaranteed.
Modifications & Cancellations:
- Please allow up to 48 hours from payment for booking to be confirmed.
- Cancellations requested before confirmation may receive a refund, minus any non‑refundable service fees.
- Once confirmed, changes or cancellations follow the standard cancellation policy (see above).
Supplier Changes & Force Majeure:
Go White LLC acts as a booking agent. All services are provided by third-party suppliers. If a booking is affected by supplier changes (e.g., event cancellation, venue change), we will endeavor to rebook comparable services, but cannot guarantee availability or refunds beyond supplier terms.
Customer Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to verify reservation details upon receiving your confirmation. Notify us immediately of any discrepancies or issues; failure to do so within 24 hours may limit remedy options.
Why the 48-Hour Window?
Event access and VIP bookings require coordination with high-demand venues, festivals, and travel providers. Once full payment is received, we secure tickets, tables, accommodation, transport, and jets on your behalf—and logistics require up to two business days to finalize.
Go White LLC is not liable for delays caused by suppliers or external circumstances beyond our control.
